Email preferences

Logged in > User Menu > My Profile > Email Preferences tab.

Some of the emails listed are checked and greyed-out, which means that they are mandatory. The others may be unchecked to de-select them, by clicking the checkbox to erase the tick. The click the "Update" button at the foot of the page.
